Course Description:

The purpose of Pandemic Preparedness for Financial Institutions is to provide training that will ensure the ability of your organization to function effectively in the event of an interruption due to the loss of personnel due to a pandemic and the subsequent
result of social distancing, illness, and possible deaths.

The intention is to develop strategies and plans for workforce continuity under these difficult circumstances. The course specifically focuses on financial institutions as they
are vital to the overall resilience of the community.

ICOR’s methodology is driven by BS 25999 – the British and European standard for Business Continuity Planning as well as DRII and BCI’s Professional Practices.

Recommended Attendees:


Participants are expected to have some experience and understanding
of business continuity management so that they can understand the role
and relationship of pandemic planning as part of the total business
continuity effort. This course is specifically focused on the financial sector,
but attendees from all types of organizations will benefit from the
information and activities provided in the course.
