Workforce Continuity - CS IL SR 2036 Course Description: The purpose of Workforce Continuity Planning is to provide training that will ensure the ability of your organization to function effectively in the event of an interruption due to the loss of personnel for whatever reason. The intention of this course is to focus on the development of strategies and plans for workforce continuity under all circumstances.
