Workforce Continuity - CS IL SR 2036
Course Description:
The purpose of Workforce Continuity Planning is to provide training that will ensure the ability of your organization to function effectively in the event of an interruption due to the loss of personnel for whatever reason. The intention of this course is to focus on the development of strategies and plans for workforce continuity under all circumstances.
ICOR’s methodology is driven by BS 25999 – the British and European standard for Business Continuity Planning as well as DRII and BCI’s Professional Practices.
Recommended Attendees:
- Participants are expected to have some experience and understanding of
- business continuity management so that they can understand the role and
- relationship of workforce continuity planning as part of the total business
- continuity effort.
